3000 Leuven
Belgium
The venue is easy to find. It's only a few minutes walking from the Leuven railway station (not to be confused with Louvain-La-Neuve, that's a whole other city). You should see the large building on your left when you leave the railway station.
The Leuven railway station is a frequent stop on the Belgian railroad network. There are 2 direct trains per hour to Leuven from Brussels Airport. The same is true for trains from the Brussels-South railway station (Thalys and Eurostar stops). You can check the train schedule on the B-Rail website.
Note: take extra care if you travel by plane to the low-fare airport Brussels-South Charleroi. The name is deceiving, the airport is located near Charleroi and you'll need an extra bus trip to the Brussels-South railway station (40 minutes and €13 for a one-way trip).
